Mid Sussex AGM

The MSCL AGM will be held at Lewes Chess Club on Tuesday 26th June 2018 at 7.45pm

The address is:

St Mary’s Supporters Club Christie Road Lewes, Sussex BN7 1PL

As usual the Committee welcome proposals for rule changes and I need to receive these by Saturday 26th May in order to provide time for the committee to review and clarify, if necessary, in advance of the AGM.

Please ensure that any proposals take full account of the existing rules and identify clearly the modifications, additions and removals which are required to give effect to the intended change. Please also provide a clear and succinct rationale which can be published with the proposal. The agenda will be circulated at least 14 days before the AGM and will include any rule change proposals accepted for inclusion.
